The manual rear transmission bracket on the 2006+ Eclipse GT V6 is notoriously weak because they were made of cast aluminum.
The OEM bracket is also now discontinued.
The BF rear transmission bracket for the 4G Eclipse is made of heavy duty steel, gusseted, and welded with a black powder coated finish.
This bracket fits 2006 - 2012 eclipse V6 6G75 with a manual transmission only!
